Introducing BMiMobile
Mobile Banking is now available for you at BMI FCU!

Your credit union has partnered with CO-OP Financial Services to bring you a mobile banking platform for your mobile device.   Now you will be able to access your credit union account information right from the convenience of your mobile device (see list of supported devices below).

The set up and activation process is quick and easy.  Once you start, you can be accessing your account information from your mobile device in well under 15 minutes.

Here is what you will be able to do from your mobile device:

-         View account balances

-         Review account activity

-         Search using specific criteria

-         Transfer funds from one account to another

-         Find over 33,000 Sur-Charge FREE CO-OP ATMs nationwide

-         Find over 3,500 Shared Branch locations nationwide

 

How do I start?

It’s a fairly simple and intuitive process that should not take very long to complete. Before you start you can even watch our instructional videos to get a feel for the process if you like.  We have one video that provides a brief overview of the process and we also have a more detailed video of the actual mobile device activation  process.  Here are the three major steps for setting up and activating your mobile banking platform. 

 

  1. Start by seeing if your current mobile device is supported (at bottom of FAQs). More devices are being added, so if your device is not supported today, please check back later (iPhones are now supported).
  2. If your device is supported, go to the CO-OP Web site and follow the prompts for the Online Set Up.
  3. After the Online Set Up is complete, go to your supported mobile device and activate the mobile banking platform.  Follow the prompts to complete the activation.

In 15 minutes or less, you’ll be ready to access your BMI account directly from your mobile device, 24/7.
