Dear BMI FCU Members and Members of Our Community, 

The leadership of BMI Federal Credit Union continues to monitor the developments associated with COVID-19, and prioritize the safety of our members, our employees, and our community.  We remain committed to focusing on the well-being of our members and employees while continuing to provide the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from BMI Federal Credit Union.  After much consideration, we have decided to continue to limit access to our branch facilities to our drive-thru lanes with in-person service provided by appointment only.  While we miss the daily person-to-person connection with the many members that regularly visit our branch locations, we continue to prioritize the maintenance of current service levels while attempting to minimize the opportunity for service disruptions.

With access to services within our branch lobbies continuing to be limited, we remain committed to maintaining the consistently high level of service you expect from BMI Federal Credit Union. All of our branch locations with drive-thru lanes remain open during our normal operating hours, with service primarily provided through the drive-thru lanes. Person-to-person service is available by appointment and can be scheduled by calling 614-707-4000. 

Your Credit Union is uniquely qualified to provide outstanding service during these unusual times.  In addition to our drive-thru services and person-to-person connections when necessary, we recommend you take advantage of the following resources:

  • Online Banking and BMI FCU Mobile App
    Online Banking through your desktop or Mobile App will accommodate all your daily banking needs: Check balances, complete transactions, deposit checks, make loan payments, open new accounts, and more. If you do not have an Online Banking account with us yet, we encourage you to take the time to register. Setting up Online Banking is easy. You can access your accounts on your desktop through our secure portal, or download our Mobile App on your phone or tablet for secure and convenient mobile service. Learn all you can do remotely

  • Drive-Thru, ATM, and Shared Branching Services
    In addition to our own ATM and drive-thru services, our Shared Branching Network offers ATM and branch services through a national network of cooperating branches. If you find yourself further from your trusted BMI FCU branch, visit our Shared Branching Network. Note that current events may affect hours and availability of shared branches.  

  • Contact Center
    Our Member Service Representatives are ready to take your calls, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Contact us call us any time during these hours at 614.707.4000 or toll free at 800.233.6880.

    The BMI FCU website,, is fully resourced to accommodate your informational needs for all our products and services. You can also access Online Banking through our Online Banking Portal.

We continue to monitor all activity and developments associated with COVID-19, and follow the recommendations from federal, state, and local health officials.  We are preparing our branch locations for the eventual re-opening to members, and look forward to that occasion.
