Here you will find information on the Online Banking Center, including login directions, browser information, Online features and services, and Secure Access Codes.
We have developed this Resource Center to help members become familiar with the new Online Banking, Bill Pay, My Finance Tool and Alert tools. If you have any additional questions about the new Online Banking system contact us at 614.707.4000, or stop by a branch for a demonstration.
Transfer funds, pay bills, check secured messages and locate BMI FCU branches and ATMs all from your web-enabled device. iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ apps are available in the Apple App Store® and Google Play. Although the Mobile Banking app stores cookies, the app cannot store cookies for multiple accounts. Therefore, when accessing multiple accounts through the Mobile Banking app, you will need to enter a Secure Accces Code each time you switch between accounts.
Note: The Mobile tab within the desktop version of Online Banking is for web-enabled (non Apple or Android) device browser registration only. For full access to Online Banking, you will need to access Online Banking through your device's web browser.

With Bill Pay, you have the ability to free yourself from the hassle of writing checks and the clutter that comes with the traditional ways of paying bills. Bill Pay won't make your payments disappear, but it does make handling your finances a whole lot easier and it can be done all in one place!

When you first click Bill Pay, you will be on the "My Account" tab page. To see the Bill Pay information that converted to the new system, click the "Payments" tab at the top. Same-day payments from Bill Pay must be initiated by 2:00 pm EST.

My Finance Tool
My Finance Tool, a Personal Finance Manager (PFM), is an interactive, one-stop banking tool that allows you to control, view and manage every aspect of your finances. That's right, you will be able to view everything from other financial institutions to department stores, and even retirement plans, all your financial information is available in one place.

Alerts in Online Banking are delivered via email or text and notify you of certain transactions, balances and a variety of other alerts in real-time. Each tool within Online Banking has alerts specific to the functions performed by that tool. For example, in the Security section of Online Banking, you will find specific alerts developed to keep you informed of changes to your account and online profile.
We encourage you to explore all the various alert options that are available to you through our new Online Banking system. The alerts featured in this section will be used in Online Banking only. Visa Card Alerts
With Visa Card Alerts, text messages enable you to monitor activity occurring on your BMI FCU Visa card and respond immediately to fraudulent activity. Transactions generating text messages include BMI FCU Visa credit card transactions and signature-based BMI FCU debit card transactions.
