Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:  

  • Accounting
  • Auditing
  • Cyber Security
  • Facilities Management
  • Information Technology
  • Investment Banking / Management
  • Marketing / Branding 
  • Mergers & Acquisitions 
  • Real Estate
  • Risk Management / ERM
  • Technology

Expectations of Qualified Candidates

    • Attend meetings
    • Stay well-informed of agenda items in advance of meetings
    • Participate in open exchange of ideas
    • Participate in decision making
    • Participate in training events increase your knowledge to better serve all members-owners

Minimum Requirements

    • Member of BMI FCU (or willing to become one)
    • At least 18 years old
    • Never been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust
    • Be able to devote time necessary to attend meetings and other functions
    • No conflict of interest
    • Not a current volunteer or paid board or committee member of a financial institution
