Official Rules: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase does not improve your chances of winning. To enter complete survey in its entirety or mail a postcard with your name, address and email to BMI Federal Credit Union, Attn: Marketing, 6165 Emerald Parkway Dublin, OH 43016. Must be a resident of Ohio and at least 18 years or older to enter. Entries must be received by the last day of each month during which the contest is held. BMI Federal Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or before the tenth day of the month following the month end in which the entries were received. Any entries not selected in a Drawing Period will NOT be entered in subsequent drawings. Winners will be notified by phone or email and must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. BMI FCU employees, their immediate family, and official family members are not eligible to win. Cash prize may be considered income and reported on 1099 MISC or 1099INT. Taxes are responsibility of winner. BMI FCU may end or amend sweepstakes at any time. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for drawing. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Official winners list available upon written request.
